I was born and raised in Marshfield, Massachusetts where I resided before moving to Broward County, Florida in 1977. I raised two beautiful daughters in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. After retiring from a 33 year career at BellSouth Telecommunications I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. There I entered into the licensed real estate world in 2004. I was selling new development homes in a real boom market in and around Las Vegas. It was a wonderful career change and Vegas was a very dynamic market. In 2005 I decided that Florida was my home and I needed to be closer to my children and grand daughter. I then moved back to New Smyrna Beach, Florida where life was wonderful in a beautiful small town setting. Now, as a real estate agent, I was serving all of Volusia County which includes the areas of New Smyrna, Port Orange and Ormond Beach. In 2009, Ormond Beach was were I decided I wanted to be and bought a home where I reside to this day.
I have a new little Maltipoo dog named Bella; what a cute breed! I have worked selling a high end condo project on the beach in Ormond by the Sea for 5 years from late 2005 thru 2010. I have a designation as an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist. I've decided that I want to help clients in every walk of life. That includes assistance with first time home buyers, new homes, resale's, townhomes, retirement homes, condominiums and luxury homes. Weather buying or selling I can put my experience to work for you.
I enjoy shopping, reading, walking (sometimes 1/2 marathons), and spending time with friends and my family. I also like to travel whenever possible. I am honored to serve as the Local Chapter President of the Women's Council of Realtors of the Daytona Beach Area for 2011 and a member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce. I received the Local Women's Council of Realtors Rising Star Award in 2010, the Women's Council of Realtors Honor Society in 2010 and the Daytona Board of Realtors Honor Society in 2009 and 2010 as well as the Florida Realtors Honor Society in 2010.
